It's my thread now, so behave, or I will kick you off.
Cowboy fans, I feel your pain (well, as much as a devoted Pats fan can!) Romo's got a busted pinkie, the punter broke his foot, and the rookie RB pulled a hamstring. It's gonna be a long couple months.
On the bright side for you guys though is that MY team has a poor imitation at QB and MY defense aged 10 yrs. in the last 10 months. What's up with that?
Please feel free to post any polite football nonsense here. There's enough of the 'uglies' on the real NFL blogs out there.

I'll behave. I'm still in mourning. I'll ignore the sure response by Sam designed to goad me. I'm learning LOL.

Atta boy Jumbo, I knew you could do it.
Hope the NFLN replays some good games I missed. I've only got so many hours in a week, ya know!

My head was spinning. For as bad as they looked, they took it into overtime. (Just like two weeks ago. . . as bad as they looked versus Washington, they only lost by two.)
The injuries are bad (they're really missing Kyle Kosier on the offensive line), but not an excuse. With disciplined play (no turnovers, no penalties, no returned kicks, no blocked punts, no missed tackles, no arm tackles, no "spear" tackles missing the wrap-up) - if the team would just do the fundamentals, they'd be undefeated. They're still a great team, but nobody - especially not this head coach - has the spark to light a fire and show disgust at lazy errors.
That loss wasn't Romo's fault. He played his heart out. . . 3 TDs and 0 INTs with over 300 yards passing. He just got beat up. He was blindsided all day. Most of us wouldn't have stood back up after a few of those. Barber did everything he could do.
This team has the finesse. . . they need to relearn the basics. Hopefully they put it together, or people are going to lose their jobs.

Ya, they got lucky and came back.... BUT They also got lucky on Romo's Fumbles..... should have been one more touchdown at least...... The Cards were all over him in the end zone, scared him that was no forward pass........ and the wistle blew on his other fumble..... They sure got lucky there..... They got BEAT..... all there is to it, the Cards played better yesterday....
