I need to walk more and think I posted about it here before that a tread mill sounded like a good idea. So I posted a WTB on our local board.
Well a lady posted back on our local for sale area and offered me one free!!
So I go to pick it up,, the lady is home and Good Grief!!! She should have kept it and used it.. She must weight 300 lbs.. but the unit looks new. only problem, it is not powered. so I cleaned it off, brought it in and elevated the front like she suggested. BUT,, cannot make it GO!! no hand bar in the front so maybe I can put a walker there to grab onto ... I am bound and determined to make this thing work,... right after lunch.

She may weigh 300 lbs now, before she weighed 500 and the tread mill is just plain worn out.
See you on the road!

Well, after fooling with it for some time, I finally fingered out the bar you hold onto up front is gone!!! impossible to use with out it.. So, after my doctors appointment Monday IF she approves the idea I will go find a new one.
