Brett and Caroline, the old managers of Wildwood are the new owners and their techs are some of the old Monaco techs, so if you ever had work done there, you know what to expect. Yes, they opened in Sept and I was always satisfied with their work.

Brett Howard runs it now and ran it under Monaco. He has a very experienced crew. Brett and his crew will make sure you get what you need. I wish they were in my neighborhood. I can't imagine that you could be disappointed with their work. Make a point of meeting Brett personally.

yep, our coach is currently their for some work. I took it there for the simple fact that in my opinion, their ability to match the paint is 2nd to none.

Recent emergency service rendered...a bit pricey but extremely experienced folks who are available 24/7 via phone call...office staff still learning.

We took our coach to Alliance in mid-November. We have never been to the Wildwood facility and did not know what to expect. First, as others have said Brett is a excellent. He appears to be genuinely interested in solving your problems and meeting your needs. The service techs seemed very knowledgeable and not condescending. They let you go into the work area and talk directly to the techs and see the issues they uncover. In fact, they encourage it as it helps the tech to get your input first hand. We had a leak problem with one of our bedroom slide-outs and it had to be completely removed to correct the issue. I sure felt a lot more comfortable having folks familiar with Monaco coaches working on our slide-out. The work they did was excellent (no more leaks) and their rate ($100/hr) is less than or comparable to the hourly rate of other service centers to which we have been. All-in-all it was a excellent experience. Oh, and they have onsite RV parking with water and electricity for $20/night. We are going to need some more service on the coach and I definitely will be going back to them to get the work done.
