RE: City water fills up the FW tank at campgrounds

I had the same problem with my 1995 Dolphin. I found the problem to be the two way valve from city water to tank. I had to hunt to find a similar size and configuration.(Didn't want to re do the plumbing) Found one at Winabago parts shop.

RE: Got all covers on the roof off.

Where did you get the liquid rubber? I was at camper world today and they wanted $50. a gal.for Dicor, and it would take 4 gallons for my MH. I washed the roof and it is mostly black, 1995 Dolphin. I had ordered eternabond for the topside openings but now think I need to cover the whole roof.
Thanks for any help

Matt, do you mind sharing what the springs cost, and where you bought them?
Thanks, Perry

RE: gray water holding tank on 97 National tropical 36' repair.

I have a 1995 National Dolphin and had a leak from the shower to the grey water tank. (across the MH)
The info I got was a removalable plate in the wheel well. (it has a tag axle so is a little longer.)
I found the leak by taking the heater vent under the shower out and using a mirror and flash light. I cut a hole in the floor between the tanks to repair it.
The problem was a 45 degree fitting had been installed to close to the floor and eventually broke allowing the leak.
While I had the floor open I installed a spray nozzle on the Black water tank.
Good luck with trying to remove the tank.
