RE: Phoenix to Las Vegas

For me it would be: US93 ==> I-40/US93 ==> Kingman ==> US93 ==> Hoover Dam ==> US93/US95 ==> Las Vegas.
If you haven't taken your rig over Hoover Dam your time is running out. The new by-pass bridge is getting closer. IMHO: This is the fastest route. It will be slow going near the bridge but it's worth it with the spectacular views....

RE: cedar point amusement park sandusky ohio

Yes....
Camper Village is an older Wagon Wheel loop CG with electric and water only. But the newer Lighthouse Village section is state of the art with back in's, pull through's and full hook up's.
Be sure to get reservations if you still can.

RE: I need advice about the Droid/Verizon

I have the Droid and use PDANet. The Droid data plan costs $30 over your voice plan cost. It is unlimited, and tethering works perfectly. You have to have the data plan when you activate the Droid.
Be advised that the Droid runs the Google Android OS. As such all e-mail, calendar, and contact syncing is done through your Google Gmail account. There are conduits to other systems but they primarily involve syncing to Gmail first then to the phone from Gmail.
As far as the data plan goes it's "Unlimited" and there is no mention of a 5GB limit. There are reports on various forums of Droid users using 15 to 20GB of data per month without any Verizon scrutiny thus far.
