Hi!
Did we ever find out if we are going to do the Bar M show on Saturday or Sunday? If not Sunday, do we have to re-register for Saturday? (just trying to figure out how much time I have to come up with SOMETHING for the pot luck!!!)

I'm sorry I haven't followed up on this more in the past week or two, we've had one family crisis after another.... hopefully it's all over now.

We only have 33 for Sunday, but he said that will be enough. They just had a call and they have a bus load of french tourists coming that day as well. So... we'll no longer have our own little group alone, but we'll have some interesting dinner companions! Our reservations are confirmed at the Bar M for Sunday October 5th.

I have an email in to Sandy at the Riverside Oasis to see what our status is there. I had asked her before to keep a waiting list, so I'll try to confirm that she is doing this.

We'll see you all very soon - I think it's only about 50 days away now. That'll go fast!

I WILL be signing up for the dinner, but life has been pretty hectic, what with packing up and selling my house in MN, driving to WA, and helping my daughter and family get settled out here. I'll try to get on the phone and register in the next few days.

I'll be staying around WA and OR until I leave for Moab because my mail is being delivered here. Can't wait to see you all!

What a great combination of people for the Bar BEE Q....folks in B's from all over the U.S. plus Canada and a bus load of people from France. Should be a fun time. Will be leaving in less than a month, for our trek to Utah.

Update - I just spoke with the folks at Riverside Oasia. We have all of the RV sites filled and a couple of the tent sites. There are still a few tent sites available, They do have a waiting list started, but currently have only 1 person on it.

So, if you have any friends that would like to come, please have them make their reservations now. Maybe we can fill up the entire campground!

Julie,

Hope all is well and your family crisis is over, know what your going through. Looking forward to meeting you in Moab.

Also, I am making a costume for MacDuff, he runs and hides if I try to put a rain jacket on him but hopefully he will wear his costume.

I have an idea on costumes for our 3 mutts. I hope they'll wear them! Last time we tried to put a coat on Bonnie she refused to move. Annie likes to wear coats (she's no dummy - MN winters are cold) and Charlie is a pushover, he'll do anything that we want him too. Bonnie may wind up to be the one without a costume.

I don't think that it's totally up to date with the number/names. There may be a few who havne't wanted to put their names on for some reason. If there IS anyone that wants to have their name added to the list, please send me a PM and I'll have your name added. If anyone wants to remain anonymousm, that's OK too!

I'm jealous that you get to leave so soon! We're heading out on the 30th of Sept, stopping by our farm in NW Iowa for a few hours, then dropping off computer parts in Sioux City IA, then on to the Denver area. We'll probably spend Wednesday night at my brother's place in Evergreen CO, then drive the rest of the way to Moab on Thursday morning.
