Pampered Chef has started selling rectangular stones. My wife gets invited to a party about every other month so I might have her get one at the next party. The one that fits our stove is about $20.

A $1.98 floor tile from Home Depot work just as good......and if it breaks.....no biggie......besides.....you can buy 5 gallons of gas with the savings!

Pizza stone lives permanently in the oven, and makes all the difference.

Cooking biscuits in the electric frying pan also works. Just sit pan of biscuits on a trivet in the el.pan, turn to temp. and bake with lid on.

Target has the cookie air baking sheets one large and one small in a package for about $10.00 We put the large one in the house and small one in the Rig. Place them on the bottom rack or as close to the burner as possible and then place your food on the upper rack in another pan. Works great you may burn the tops but not the bottoms.

The cast iron also works well in the convection oven...seems to even out the heat.

Yes, on the cornbread I use it for my sourdough biscuits and bread, too.

along the lines of the cast iron skillet, we use the lid to our dutch oven for biscuits... just flip the lid upside down and it's perfect.

The lid for my skillet had those knobs for moisture...but I bet they would make great holes in the biscuits for holding honey
