Thanks Wrastle Castle,
We look forward to meeting all of you as well. The RV.NET members that we have met so far are great people and I felt that I had known them for a long time. It will be great to get to know this group. You guys live much closer to us than the others that we have met. By the way I cook a mean turkey if you all are interested since we will be together for Thanksgiving.

The Christmas parade is getting to be almost as big of event as the Mother Lode Round-up Parade on Mothers Day weekend. We also have a big crafts show at the Fairgrounds that weekend. We will have to think about it, but we may have a booth there this year.
Some years, after the Christmas parade, the Sonora High Golden Regiment performs in the Court House Park for about 1/2 hour. It gives time for the traffic to clear.
We have a great time around the Holidays. The city puts up decorations, the stores go all out, and Christmas music is piped out for all to hear on the streets.
Thanks for the complements.

Hmmm, sounds like a Friday late afternoon trip to Sonora may be in order for this group. We love this type of thing, we have gone to the Nevada City Christmas event before, so this would be yet another adventure.
Speaking of adventure, I feel the pull of another cave calling......

Sounds like a Turkey cook-off between Diane and Butch

Turkey cook off, sounds fun. I cook Italian Genovese style, like my "Nonni's" (grandmothers in Italian). I will bring spaghetti too (genovese style).

Good Morning Everyone! Hope your day is good.
It should be pretty much a windless and gorgeous day around here.
