Hi Rich & Cheri,

Thanks for the welcome! We are looking forward to meeting all of you too.

After talking with you, John and Butch, we are even more excited. It is always fun to share RV tails with other folks who actually understand.

I think that we have contemplated all modes of RV'ing. Titanium 5th wheel, class C, and of course the class A. We went with the class A because we found a used Itasca that we liked and moved right in.

Purchased on my Birthday in 2005, we transferred all of our "stuff" from the TC to the MH. Would you believe that we almost filled up that MH with what we had "finagled" into that Camper?

Anyway, will see ya there!

Kevin & Dawn

PS: We don't even have a generater in our Lance Camper!

Hey Rick sounds like your talking about my TC....Well I don't have an icemaker.

You know I love your TC! It goes everywhere AND has all the amenities. Great combination plus it will tow your Samari, boat, quads, etc. Now that the MH is gone you can get back to your one-beer-a-day diet, too!

Hey, Lee, have you left for SAL yet? It's a long drive from TN!

Good morning fellow Turkeys.

Just wanted to give you guys a Molly update. They removed her front left leg last week. She is doing well and is up a running around already.

Molly is such a great dog. We hope she'll be able to adjust quickly.
We had a small dog that had knee surgery years ago. The Vet sliced open the WRONG knee first and then proceeded to fix the right knee. Poor dog walked around on just her front legs for several days. Hate to say it, but even though we felt SO bad for the dog, she was so funny to watch. She did fine. Hopefully, Molly will, too.

Molly girl, sorry for the loss of the leg, you'll be walking on 3 with no problem. Swimming might be a challenge, circles till Eva steers you straight.

Dawn, Welcome to the thread. Glad everyone gave you a warm welcome, as always.

Just got back from the ranch camping, nice rain Friday night, slept very well. did my every third weekend dump, all set to go back in two weeks. No camping next weekend as Caitlin turns 14, and she would much rather be with her friends, go figure....

Hi Jackson Rancheria gang.
Since Dawn has done all the chit-chatting here I think it's my turn to chime in. Not only are we excited to meet you all, were looking forward our first trip in the motorhome to the gold country. We usually head to the coast except our yearly trip to Lake Oroville. We also did a trip 2 years ago to Yosemite.
Dawn says we need to bring something for the potluck. John mentioned we bring a salad and Dawn was thinking french bread too. We will bring both. We'll need to know how many mouth's to feed and what day the dinner will be so we can bring enough. We assume it will be Thursday but not sure.
That's all for now. Kevin & Dawn

French bread is great. There will be about 30 people if everyone shows. As there is always too much food, don't plan on feeding all 30.
As for what day, so far it's looking like Thursday, with leftovers for Friday. Or, it certainly could be Friday as that is when everyone will be there.

Thoughts everyone?
I'm off to Sandy Eggo for 3 days, see y'all on the flip side.
