My C sleeps 6 ,I was in the same position two years ago and there is alot of advantages to the 26-32ft class- fuel and ease of driving, alot of advantages to 5th wheel/layouts and to diesel pusher A's. My suggestion is drive all of them-don't be afraid of talking to people at RV campsites(Good Sams-KOA-etc) -you see someone sitting in a lawn chair ,walk over tell them what you are thinking about and ask them for their opinion. Buy bigger than you think you will ever need--you will find out capacity and towing ability means alot.I think a few books could be written just about the advantages of one brand of engine/chassis layout compared to another, define your needs and see what fits your budget, then expand your budget and ? start singing songs like Viva Las Vegas-if you are younger-you can still sing the ZZ Top version and be cool,RV's will change your life-be ready

My husband and I bought a (new to us) 2003 Minnie 31C last August. Had been on the lot at a local RV dealer 1 week and was the first MH we ever looked at. We bought it that day and have never looked back. We love the floor plan, fiberglass roof, v10 engine and living space. I still work so we can't camp as much as we'de like but we try to get away at least 1 or 2 weekends a month.
Read and study the info about the different brands and weigh the pros and cons of each. Like, I said, we love our Minnie and have looked at many other MH's since then. Wouldn't have any of them over ours.
Good luck in your search. There's one out there with your name on it.
