Well posted a lousy review of the repairs from weekend warrior before and Rafael from the WW service department promptly called me to work on the problem. The trailer was picked up about a month ago and brought to the WW facility to try and again be repaired(because the three times before this did not work) anyway my new contact person at WW is now Max who had called me about a week ago to arrange to have my trailer delivered back to me. I arranged to have it dropped off to me on Monday cause I don't work on Mondays. Well today in the middle of my sleep (I work 9PM-5AM) a driver from the transport company calls me to tell me he is 40 miles away and going to drop off the trailer. Well all that aside the trailer gets here and is leaning about 2.5-3.5 inches lower on the passenger side or entry side of the trailer and I point it out to the driver who agrees with me. I say maybe it is sitting funny on the truck so he drops it and tells me the keys are in the fridge, well funny thing is I can't even open the door to get in so he pulls it forward and I go in through the ramp door and try to open the door from the inside. Now I'm no small guy 6'5" 285lbs so I lean into it and alls I get is my shoulder pushing back into me. The driver trys it and I try it at least 5 X's and nothing. I call back up WW and Max tells me it was perfect when it left WW so I guess a measly 180 miles or so to Vegas (unloaded) was enough to just tweak the trailer so bad that the door is now jammed shut. I let the driver turn right back around and bring it back for the 5th time same problem bending and flexing. I also asked Max maybe they can just end this and give me a new fifth wheel, so he tells me "no way that is going to happen you will have to take legal action to do that" now I'm thinking that is GREAT customer service. I really love the products and layout of the WW line but I'm really starting to get a sour taste in my mouth the way this is being handled. All that I have been asking is that they put me in a new trailer or credit me back the full price I paid for the trailer towards a new one I think that if you can't fix it in 4 trys than maybe its no good. If anyone has any knowledge of whom I need to talk to at WW please forward me some info. Oh and no my particular trailer is not in the lawsuit it is only up to 32footers they weaseled out of the 34footers in the suit.

WOW that's a bummer. floor plans are EASY to fall in or out of love with but a bad trailer is pretty hard to love. I have to say it's not likely they can "tweak" anything to correct a flexible frame though. Good luck / Skip
