Yeah a bad day for Washington football teams. The Huskies were 20 point underdogs and they had a bye!!

Boy, that Texas Oklahoma game was sure fun to watch!!

Hey, Tom and I are out here at Yakama Nations RV Park and I don't know if you all realize it but they do NOT allow alcohol in the park. This might impact our festivities for the rally.

It is an okay park. It has a gorgeous view but is very windy. We plan to finish drinking our way (well, Tom's drinking but I can't) through the valley here tomorrow and head back home.

Anyway, our fearless leaders might want to check out the alcohol policy before we get going with happy hour and such.

I have always been able to drink there, I just do not run around with a can of beer when I go over to the pool or the office. We have had Elks Travel Club Rallys there and trust me that group is not a dry group of people. We should not have a problem, its not like they go around looking for people having a beer or drink.

Is Bigdog attempting to have several of the wineries come in with wine to sample for us rather than visit them? I didn't see his orginal posting about that. If so, I suspect that he would have to check into getting a permit for that and the park policy. If he is just thinking of trying to get a selection of wines from various wineries for us to sample at the rigs, I doubt if that would be a problem. Who knows?!?

Ron, I think BigDog is planning on going out and sampling all the wines he can lay his hands/lips on and then come back and tell us how good they were and the rating he gave them. For this he wants each of us to give him 20 dollars to pay for his ride and misc purchases. That BigDog he is all right.

I'm not sure what we're gonna do as I checked with a couple of tour robbers and they want a ton of money to do this..It seems as if there are more people who come over from Seattle to the northern area for a day trip, than like in Tri-cities and Walla-Walla where they get local tor operators.. I was given one price of $100 @ including lunch for a small bus and I asked if that wasn't kind of high and was told that it wasn't considering the cost of gas from Seattle R/T.I told him that we were gonnna be starting from Toppenish and was told that they only did tours from Seattle..
I really do like the idea of the taste and tell and mebbee Ron and I could do it and split the $20 a person.
Ron,loved the puppies this weekend and the it seems as if they made their point spread..I could be in real trouble with the future SIL on the 25th as I'll probably root for the puppies instead of N.D. (he's a ND alum) and since my family has lived in N.C. since the late 1670's,you know who I rooted for last weekend..
