Guilty -- we have the ever popular pink flamingo light strand, a palm tree light strand, and one that is some type of flying insect. The insect strand is pretty upscale - metal wire figures - while the others are plastic.

DW & I like looking at other folk's decorations. We also have decorations and have decorated before.
Right now we have a new TT with an electric awning so I am not putting out our Globe Lights, twirly-gigs and wind sock on it like we did with the manual one we had before.
We also have an American Flag with lighted red and blue lights that we used in the front window of our old TT that doesn't work with new TT.
We still have our wooden name plaque that we hang from our TT crank handle and rope lights we put on ground around concrete patio and TT steps for low level night light to take dogs out.
We have seen lantern stands made with PVC pipe that have name plaques hanging from them. Some have coachlights mounted in them and/or plastic flowers or ivy twined around the post. I want one of them and hope to make one some day. Also want to get some solar lights for outside. We've seen them around our CG and they are so nice and the light is very soft. Another item is a flag stand we can change flags with season.
We're at Logan Landing on Logan Martin Lake in Ala and the CG has 3 weekends of Halloween plus other theme weekends like "Pirates", "Tropical Tiki", "Patriotic" (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), "Christmas in July", "Space Aliens" and more plus parades with decorated golf carts, bicycles and costumed children.
We love to see 'um and do 'um.

I got mine (Ramblin Road) lights at the Super Wal-Mart store...in the RV supplies area. They can be bought online also.
Some other place to look for cute 'tacky' lights is Big Lots. I have seen flamingos, USA flags, flowers, globe lights and various other type lights there.
Of course Camping World has some too.
HAPPY CAMPING!!

I love seeing how others are decorating their campsites. I made little rings of the hook side of velcro for my light strings so we can slap them up or quickly pull them off the awning in case of weather. We also have a garden gnome figure that I call our 'gnome away from home'. I really like the looks of the rope lights that I see people use and I may try to find a way to use them too!

Kelly,
Can you explain more fully how you attached velcro onto your owning? I would like to do that too.
Thanks!

I have a set of awning lights my parents used on our Airstream in the 70's along with our old "The Schribers" wood sign.

I also put up a flagpole and flags on the tongue. Last but not least is one of those moving message LED electronic signs. I have an old one that runs off 12v that I put our camping groupand other info on...

I'm a geek, what can I say!

I had not experienced the "rope lights on the ground" thing until this summer at a campground in the Smokies. I wish I hadn't.
