Well after convincing the DW that we 'NEED' a new trailer and weeks of looking I am going to look at the final floor plan we wanted to see before making a final decision. We have the choices narrowed down to 3: Heartland's 3300RC Sundance, Keystone's 299MP Raptor or in a totally different direction Open Range's 337RLS. The first two are toy haulers. Last night the DW fell in love with the Open Range, which is why its on the list. Each has advantages and draw backs.
I love the rear toy door Electric bunks and genny on the raptor BUTTTT it is pushing the limits of the TV and the most pricey of the 3.
The Heartland looks (this is the one we haven't seen) looks like it is built very well and fits the TV like it was made for it. But the downers on it are side garage door, no genny (or even prep as an option). The side door will haul our quad (and the scooter I ordered SHHHH she don't know that yet). In my case the advantage of the rear door is that i can load my Kayaks in and let them come through the interior door to the living area to accommodate their 14' length. I guess I'd have to come up with something to haul the Kayaks on the truck, I have seen other's solution to this on here.
which lets the Open Range. From the looks of it they are built VERY well the R-values are comparable to a full time 4 season rig, they are also very light and inexpensive for what they are. However, no room for my toys is a real problem. I guess I'd have to pick up on of the swivel wheel trailer things that are not a 'trailer' as defined by the Commonwealth of PA.
Well anyhow any ideas, solutions or additional mfgs or floor plans that we should look at before pulling the trigger?

Check out Heartland's Cyclone toyhauler with rear door. Quite the luxury toyhauler. Buy a Heartland and come join the Rally fun. Check out the Heartland Owners' Forum (www.Heartlandowners.com and www.heartlandowners.org) where you can get lots of invaluable information before you buy. Very friendly, helpful and honest folks. Big plus - Heartland manufacturer stands fully behind their products. If you don't get dealer satisfaction after the sale (i.e., poor service), you can always go to Elkhart, IN to one of HL's repair shops to receive topnotch service during first year warranty period.
