How bad is it? My Sunnybrook has no water leak but the underbelly does the wave from front to back. I think it's just sloppy installation at the factory, the material is just a think coroplastic lining.
I guess like everything it's hard to say from here how much sag is normal and what is past evidence of water damage.

You could simply contact K-Z and ask them what they thought of it.

We have a Newmar and it has had a sag from day 1, if you push up on the sag , it only moves about 1.5 inches , then hits sometime firm . I think it could be a design sag.

I've had the underbelly off my KZ several times. Likely what you're seeing is nothing more than a wave in the material. If a man can get that FRP material to install perfectly flat over that wide of area, he's a better man than me. I added sheets to the underside of my garage space and it's got more waves than the ocean that I'm parked next to.
If you're that worried about it, drop a corner and take a peak. Odds are you'll see nothing but empty space (KZ's not know for spending too much on insulation).

Why its a mystery to me is the plumbing is above floor level if im not mistaken except for the FW tank line but the sags are from the front of the camper to the back {26'camper} not just where the tank is. If water had come down the walls it should show inside I would think. Im gonna check it out more before I nagotiate any further. IT just has me very confused, first I think its water damage then I cant figure how water could get in there from the front of the trailer to the back and not show up anywhere else. The camper looks like its brand new the sink still has the sticker in it and the bed still has the plastic on it.

Mine has a sag where the expanding foam that was used pushed it down.

My camper has the wave too from the factory. The material that they use for my underbelly is the same thing that you see all of those cheap political and other signs made out of. It needs to be well supported. On my trailer it is only screwed at the sides so it sags a little. I am going to keep an eye on it and if needed provide center support for it.

Our Rockwood has the same sag. I've seen an idea on these forums to add support straps. The DH has been given this task as one of his 'gotta get to it" jobs for when he has all that 'now I'm retired' free time.
