We strongly considered the wheelbase ratio when we were looking at "C's". Ours is high 54%...and is pretty decent even in 25 mph+ crosswinds.

When I looked at these two a few years ago, I recall that the tail end of the Aspect was lower than the Outlook. That may not be an issue for you but it was for me. I also preferred the Outlook because it is much easier to move between the cab and house because of the over-cab cut out.
