We don't have a dutch oven, but thought I'd post this for those that do.Oh,and when you make it,invite me over!
Dutch Oven Bread
1 envelope active dry yeast
2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
butter
1.Spray a cast iron dutch oven with vegetable oil cooking spray and heat over the coals.
2.Place the yeast and Bisquick in a large resealable plastic bag and shake to combine.Add the milk and knead through the bag until you have a stiff, smooth dough. Shape into a rounded loaf and place in the bottom of the dutch oven.
3.Place the dutch oven over about 12 coals;cover with the lid and place about 12 coals on top. Check in about 10 minutes to make sure the top and bottom of the bread are browning but not burning. Remove or add coals if necessary. Bread should cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from dutch oven, slice the bread and serve warm with butter.

The recipe looks good and I'm anxious to try it. Based on my experience with baking other bread in my 10" DO, 12 coals on the bottom might be too much.
The recipe that I normally use came from the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society and takes a lot longer to prepare before baking. This one is a lot easier.
Thanks for sharing
