I'm new to the web site and wanted to get your opinions on several toy hauler trailers that I am looking at buying. I am looking for 23 ft. to 26 ft., fiberglass sided, aluminim framed front kitchen or front bathroom model.
I am looking at trailers from the following manufacturers
Fleetwood Nitrous - (I know the 23' and 26' models are front bedroom models)
Eclipse - Attitude
MVP RV (formerly Thor CA) Vortex
or any other suggestions????
I am concerned about so many manufacturers going bankrupt. Has anyone know how stable Eciipse and Vortex are?

Hello
welcome. to the forum My humble advice Buy used let some else take the hit of the purchase price, check craigslist, buyers are in the drivers seat right now.
I do not have a lot to offer about the models you listed.
just my 2 cents worth.

I have a 24ft. 2006 Vortex and have had almost zero issues with it. They are built very well, a little heavier because of it though. Highly recommended. As far as mfg. stability, Thor does the majority of its business building buses, those that they use to haul you around airports and such. They are spread wider than just the RV market, and I would think more stable. My $.02.

If i were doing it again i would buy used, But when we bought 2 yrs ago the garage model was fairly new so we couldn't find used.
The Brand you should buy is what ever is your favorite for whatever reasons different models for everyone's taste!

I had an Attitude 19fk and I loved it. Now I have a Sandpiper made by Forest River INC. and its also great quality.

Owners of the Attitudes seem to all love them. They are a lot of bang for the buck. The guy at Carl's Acres of Trailers annoys people, but he seems to have the lowest, no-haggle prices around, and he doesn't pressure you to buy.
If you decide to by used, or can be comfortable with some diminished warranty, don't dismiss the idea of a WW or Rage'n. They have nice layouts and interiors.

Take a good look at the Northwood Desert Fox series, compare the options and features, against the others, these are a heavy well built, 4 season TH.

I am considering buying used as well. However, if I can find a new 08 for cheap, I would prefer new.

Thor is no longer Vortex. Now the maker of Vortex is a stand alone company (MVP RV).
