08 Fuzion 373. 08 Dodge dually truck. Rock solid ride. Pin weight drops the bed till it touches the overload springs and stops. Truck is up to the task.

I looked back in 06 at Raptors...heard SO much on the Cyclones that I drove a couple hours to see one. The dealer said that they copied the layout of the Raptor, it was okay, but the trim work inside was sloppy..along with the caulking on the outside, not just on that one, but in all 3 that this dealer had. Maybe just a bad batch? I went with the Raptor after a friend who bought one gave me a tour of his...and looked at more at the dealer. To me much more attention to detail. Fuzions came out after I bought my raptor, my first impression was a little gaudy with red on the slides, but a little more niceties than my raptor, dont like the sliding glass door but thats just me. If I had to get one now...I would still get a Raptor, model 3807...fireplace, 14 ft garage...

Saw our friends Fusion on Sat. WOW pretty nice!! For the raptors cousin, they got the 302 10 ft garage of course their teryx doesn't fit without taking the bumper off!
They got the touring edition and everything is elec. the ramp door, awning back jacks, landing gear (so are ours) Bummer if all that electrical goes out hope there are manual overrides. The slides on theirs are black loved the nice black counters.
They moved the door so the beds can be down and you can use it on my 07 raptor you cant they fixed that on the later raptors.
Lots of improvements over when we looked 2 yrs ago but i still love my raptor i really love the LEV model.

We bought Fuzion 362 last December and so far are very pleased with our decision. We looked for almost 6 or so months before we could make up our mind. We considered Raptor, Cyclone and Fuzion. Our short list was Cyclone and Fuzion. They all are very nice. With Fuzion and Cyclone you get a little more upscale for a little more money. For us the glass sliding door was what made us get the Fuzion over Cyclone. And I am sure there are some who would pass a Fuzion for that exact reason. We liked how the sliding glass door really opens up your living area. Between the three I don't think you could really go wrong. Look at your needs and try and imagine how you would be spending your time in/outside the trailer and what suits your needs and taste. Oh and also look at the dealer. Almost all of these have issues that need to be addressed during the first year. We have been happy with how our dealer has worked with us. (Had the landing gear issue that some one else mentioned earlier) Make sure you do almost similar due diligence on the dealer.

We have a 2009 Cyclone 3950 and have had nothing but problems with it. It has been in the shop more than we have been able to use it. We have missed 4 races due to it. At first when we got it, we got things fixed quickly by Heartland. Now they are dragging their feet to approve any issues. I know alot of people say that some people just have bad luck or that they are picky and that you cannot base things on one person's opinion but I wish I had heard some of the issues people were having. We just met someone else who had similiar stories to the point that he went and bought an Inferno because he was so fed up with dealing with Heartland.

It takes Heartland weeks to respond to our dealer. The dealer has shown us all the emails and we have also talked to Heartland personally. Things keep breaking every time we were able to take it out and we have this long list of repairs. Things do break, we understand but Heartland is not taking care of things as they should. We bought the trailer because we race two weekends of the month.

The trailer has been at the dealer for 6 weeks now. They have been waiting on parts from Heartland after they finally were able to fight them on what needed to be fixed (walls separating, fuel station not working, electric beds in garage not working, electric jacks both fried etc..)

We really feel we got a lemon and that Heartland should do something about it but they say there is nothing they can do. We told them we want our warranty extended - they told us no. We are the point where an attorney may have to get involved.

It really is a shame because the trailer really is beautiful and has some great features. If anyone wants a list of what we have taken it in for so you can see I am not just bashing, we have a novel it looks like from the dealer with all the issues.

The dealer also told us that Heartland in general is not wanting to pay on anything or fix issues on anything they get into the shop.

We have a 2008 Cyclone Full Throttle 3912 and love it! We'll have it 2 years in May and haven't had any major problems with it. We got all the upgrades on it(except the washer/dryer) and couldn't be happier. It sleeps plenty of people and has more than enough storage room. It all depends on preference but we looked for well over 6 mos at all different trailers and chose our Cyclone over all of them - it sure beat our WW that we had.
