Sure, often.
First real tow, the dealer closed at 1300 for Thanksgiving, he finally stopped by to let me out, but there was a forklift blocking the drive for anti-theft. I drive across the desert and across a ditch.

Pahrump, storage driveway, oh oh, they are closed, no where to go. 10 minutes to turn around in a driveway 30 feet wide at the most.

Graceland, there is a hot dog place a half block down, two drives, oh-oh, the exit is very steep where it meets the road, many scrapes from cars. 10 minutes later, we got out.

And many others.

That is why we tour with our 22ft classC.
No worries, I even turned around on a ramp up to I75 when we discovered that the traffic was stopped!

we had a 42 ft. motorhome with a dolly and a Mazda on it. Lost in Wiston-Salem at rush hour on a Friday on a hot July day. Turn into a parking lot that looked good but was not. Had to take the car off the dolly and the dolly off the motorhome, turn the coach around and put the dolly back on the coach and the car back on the dolly. what a mess.

I been caught in all kind of places that were a little small. Some of which I had to back out of. Parking lot in Glenwood Springs CO was a little small and the round abouts in Vail are always fun.

Doesn't it torque you off when you and your 5er get into the turn lane to get into a parking lot and some little darling coming out pulls the nose of their car too far out into the street where you can't make the turn without hitting them?

That's why my bus is getting air horns. About four of them.

(Forget cars...some idiot did it to me on a zoom-splat on my last trip.)

Didn't take us long to learn...if you can't see the way out, don't go in! I have gotten out and checked on foot while DH either waited or drove around the block. (So far, he's always come back for me! )

That's the way we approach things also. I've had the DW on more occasions than I can count to go and check my swing on my blind side if I'm maneuvering in close quarters. I'm also very leery and watchful on some of the dips in driveways for a lot of places since I just don't have that much ground clearance with my current trailer.

Just this last week we pulled into a parking lot with a 38 foot 5th wheel and a F550 with a big sign that said RV's welcome at the entrance then discovered they had closed the exit. The manager said I guess we need to remove the sign now. Took a few trys but made it out. Manager did buy us lunch.
