I may be interested, but it would probably be a last minute decision for us as it all depends on how much snow we have and if I can get the camper out of the backyard by then.

With that tundra you have just north of the border, you can have your own ice road! Keep a wide path open all winter and wet it down just a few days before the weekend and you can have your very own "Ice Road" out of your yard! If you do that we'll be calling you the Ice Road camping queen!, lol

Hey, wait... maybe you could come plow me out! It's one of those things,

One of these things could be one of your very own! It would fit nicely with your shiny Super Duty!

Just fueled the RV up at Costco after our return trip from Danforth Bay...430 miles...60 gallons at $2.39/gallon...better mileage on the return trip, must be a downhill issue...

It was great seeing everyone for the potluck and some whacky campfire stories including the snortfest. We got back late from the fair Sunday and crashed. We're definitely interested in the dry camping possibility in Western Mass next year. Keep us in the loop for that if it happens. So when you put 4 burgers on the grill and come back to find 5, what do you think that could be? Think payloads for experimental rockets and you'll have your answer. Needless to say we had soup that night! Here are some pictures that captured a little of the "magic"

Just finished a thorough inside RV cleaning after ten days with cats! They really aren't too bad, except for the litter, the hair, the food... Looks like rain today, bowling tonight.

Next RV outing is a weekend doubles bowling tournament out near Trenton NJ November 8th & 9th, if we qualify, then also the following weekend...

Also want to squeeze in somewhere a Giants or Jets tailgate party, maybe holding it at Liberty State Park in Jersey City. You now need a season parking pass to get into the Meadowlands Stadium lot, you just can't drive up and pay like you used to, so that would be a hassle for me and the other people driving in on their own...

I also want to RV down to Charleston SC and visit my younger sister and family maybe early December, unless work gets in the way...anyway...keep on keepin' on!

Just got back from the pumpkin' fest in Keene, NH. The rain held off until we got back to the campground, so all was good. Liz took some photos and uploaded them here Looks like that may have been the last trip this season. We shall see...

Jack, looks like that guy with Liz is a little green with envy that he wasn't wearing the flying monkey costume!

Cool pix Liz! Looks like they spread the pumpkin displays out more this year along the street instead of having most of them on giant platforms at each end of the street. How was Ashuelot River Campground?

Well yesterday was a sad day... winterized the camper and buttoned it all up for the winter.

I hate this kind of talk...as bad a Jay with his Meyers pics...I'm holding out till I have to absolutely winterize, hopefully after a trip to SC in December! Mother Nature will decide though, I guess...

Sitting out here in the RV now doing some odds & ends that Nancy pointed out needed "improving" from our recent trip...guess it's a real luxury to have the RV right next to the garage on pavement with all the utilities hooked up...anyway, go Rays...we want a series! (Though I've said all along the Phillies are too strong...)

Hey Gerry,

Heard Mother Nature dumped some snow on NJ yesterday. Did you get any?
