Well, when I get up on Monday morning, I have nothing to do and by Friday evening I'm finished yet!! In between, I usually accomplish a lot of just what I want to do and very little of what I do not want to do! I spend most Saturdays volunteering at the weekly pet adoption for the local Humane Society at Petsmart. Throw in winter in the RGV and you have it!!

Actually, I've been busier since I retired than I was when I was working(don't tell the boss!).
I'm on the Board of Directors of our membership campground near Branson, and spend about 5-6 days a week there. We(BofD)do a lot of the maintenance work ourselves. I also write the newsletter, and help move trailers to/from storage. It's work, but it's also fun. No punching clocks, and if I don't want to work, I don't have to.
We've also been VERY busy the last month getting ready for a move. We sold our house, and are moving to a patio home to make our life much easier not having to worry about upkeep on a "real" home. Now we can be gone in the RV as long as we want and not have to worry about "house" things.
Oh yea, I also play LOTS of golf, especially in the winter when we're gone for 4-5 months.

Some days I get up in the morning with nothing to do and when I go to bed at night it's only half done.

Gawlee morambler, are you trying to make the rest of us feel guilty or bad about ourselves. I can probably speak for many, it is not working! lol

Naw...I still get in my quota of margaritas! I don't "work" ALL the time!!!!!!!!!! Besides, I'm heading to Texas soon, so I'll spend most of my time golfin' and drinkin'. LOL

Before I retired it took me 4 to 5 hours to trim and mow my lawn. Now it takes three days!
