How many amps are the units pulling? Put a clamp-on ammeter on the wires going to the breaker and see the amount.

If it is a 240v system, are the two AC units on opposite legs?

I would suggest checking the generator circuit to the transfer switch for a loose connection. Check both the phase conductors and the neutral(s).

First. Post the whole model/spec/serial number so we see what you see.
Measure the amp draw and post it here. You may be drawing current in excess of the breakers rating which means you may have an electricla problem as this was designed to work. Else you may have a weak breaker.
WHY ARE YOU YELLING? Typing in all caps is considered yelling.
Consider taking it back for a warranty repair if less than 1 year old.

It is kind of a net etiquite thing not to use all caps. If you are using IE, look at the bottom right corner of your screen. You should see a magnifying glass. You can change the zoom of the screen to make the pictures bigger. Also, you can change the font size on the screen by holding the CTRL key and moving your scroll wheel or use the menu toolbar and go to Page, Text Size, and select a bigger text. Hope that helps.

THE ROAD CHEF.
Should both A/C compressors happen to try to restart (head pressure already "up") simultaneously a 7KW genset might not be able to support the resulting current surge. Especially so if the genset happens to be running in "economy" mode at the time. Even more especially if the genset happens to be of the newer "inverter" type.
Even a standard generator already running at the fixed RPM for line frequency might not be able to "throttle up" quickly enough to support both restarts simultaneously.
It is not at all unusual for an A/C compressor restart to require more than 2.5 times the running current as an instantaneous surge.
If nothing else works then add a TDR, time delay relay, to each A/C to delay the compressor circuit closure and keep a ~3000 watt resistance heater "on line" for a couple of seconds each time the compressor restart circuit closes.
The resistance heater will not be sensitive to the genset "throttle up" period/delay and once TDR delay is exhausted the genset will be throttled up enough to take on the compressor(s) restart surge load.
