There's not much "beauty" in the traditional sense in any of the Tucson parks.

For the widest range of activities, Voyagers RV Resort would be hard to beat. Also well located to reach the many great things to see/do in Tucson area. May fill fast, due to gem show in February.

Try Cactus Country (owned by Adventure Bound). Its a short distance off I-10 at Houghton Road. Very convenient location.

We have stayed there numerous times for a week to two months. Great staff, well maintained, fun activities. Marvelous views of sunsets over the Sonoran Desert. Close to basic shopping (groceries, gas, drugstores and the like. A couple of good restaurants close by.

Checked out the Voyager RV resort, not much for pictures of the RV sites, is it like a parking lot with the obligatory 1 tree per site? We are looking for a winter spot and just wondering. Thanks for any additional info.

Checked out Catus County, looks good but they do not allow large pets, we have a Lab, dang that leaves us out, oh well we have a couple of prospects and will keep looking.

Tombstone Territories RV, Sierra Vista, AZ. Beautiful, dark skies with lots of stars. Desert flora. Big rig friendly. Had big dogs!
