2000 F150 was 135,000 and that was just because I thought it was time, never had a problem with them.

I'm at 114,000 miles and have never changed a spark plug on my truck.

was just showing here you can find cheap replacement owner's manuals, sorry for the confusion.

I helped a friend change the plugs on his 2001 Dodge Caravan. Just a hair over 100,000 miles on them (originals). One measured 70 thousands (spec is ~40, all the rest were around 50 - 55. Quite worn, but the van still ran fine. This was a 3.3L V6. Plugs weren't that bad to change. Front 3 were very easy of course, back 3 - got two from drivers side, and the passenger side most one we got from the passenger side after I removed the MAF sensor and air intake boot between the filter housing and the throttle body.
Speaking of the throttle body, I sprayed some cleaner in there - it was really gummed up with varnish around the throttle butterfly.

Oh, OK! well I don`t go by the factory service schedule because I`m a tech. at a dealership. a CJD dealer actually, and I`ve seen what can happen when things aren`t done when they should be. most of the time they need to be done sooner. those manuf "recomended" maint. schedules in the book are just there to say " hey, buy this vehicle and you don`t need to do nothing for 100k"! it`s a sales thing. and knowing what I know, is why I tell everyone to do things sooner than what the book "recomends"
And I do have all the original manuals that came with my X.

Every 30000 as recommended by Dodge, all 16 of them. At 128000 and still running strong after 4 changes.

98,000K on my truck right now. Original plugs. Runs fine, mileage is the same as when I bought it at 56k. I'll be changing them in the next month or so just because its a good idea.

You might want to re-gap your plugs with 150k miles on them if they look nice and clean. I have a gut feeling your plug gaps are pretty big and over spec with that many miles. You might be surprised with a mileage increase and a little more engine pep by re-gapping them.
If you have aluminum heads, torque those plugs back in with a Torque wrench as you can easily strip-out plug holes by hand tightening without a torque wrench to set torque to spec.

note that with the wear and increased gap, there is more and more voltage needed
to 'jump' that larger gap.
This will wear out the components in the ignition system faster.
Like the coil(s), ignition wires and if dist, the rotor/cap.
If I have to touch my plugs in any vehicle, they get replaced.
Kinda sorta like one of the guys in our car club. Alpha and always bought
Michelin but he drove them till the steel belts showed and when sparks were seen
during the nite, he bought new tires...
