Don't bet no one wantes your propane tanks. If they are full they are targets for meth makers..........

Hey , seems we think alike
actually they need not have any in them , one of things they steal from farmers gets put in the tanks , but we are getting off topic. But if someday you're walking around and come upon an abondoned propane tank , instead of thinking "lucky me" , just let it alone.

Ehler,s RV in Essex, VT had electronic's stolen was on the news today. We had our firewood stolen by a seller one year, but had no proof since we did not see it happen, just heard it from a third party.
One time when we were camping a neighbor boy came over and drank our wine coolers and beer, watched tv and stole our change, plus run up a huge bill with 900 number calls. We found out and then we conforted the parents let me say the lad had to payback the cash and do work as punishment, the phone company took the charges off and put a blocker on, after that we were more alert.

Never had anything stolen in a CG, sorry it happened in NH.

Suggest you buy one of those electric engravers and put your name on everything. Yes, they'll still take it if it's easy to do so, but if the police find your item, you can get it back. I include my phone number.

Well I found one way to protect my camper. I hired some British guards!

04 Chev TrailBlazer, 4.2 Inline 6 which can't even think of towing the 380BWS. It just sneers at this camper.

$100.00 for 14 gallons of propane??!!! WOW. It's expensive there.

The thing I would wory about is the 30 feet of copper electrical shore-line. They are always getting stolen from storage yards. They cut them right off.

He said"...Well, right next to the battery are two 30 pound tanks with an auto switchover. That's easily over $100 worth especially with full tanks that can quickly be removed, ...".

The last time I filled a 30# tank it cost about $28. So he is talking twice that plus the cost of buying new tanks (over $30 apiece). As he said easily over $100 to replace.

My bad. I forgot the cost of the "hardware".
