Lake Pleasant in Bothell (north of Seattle) and the KOA in Kent (south of Seattle) will both fit your needs.

I live arround the corner from Lk Pleasant. It has better spacing between sites than the places in Bellevue and Issaquah and is a very nice place but it doesn't have a pool if thats important to you. It also has a shopping center and restuarants within walking sitance. It's also only about a mile from I405 with good access to Seattle and the Islands.
