Forget the electric awning unless it has "adjustable pitch". 15000btu heat pump; 50 amp service; thermo pane windows (not storm windows) heated tanks and enclosed underbelly; electric tongue jack; 16" wheels; never lube axles; shocks; replace stock bathroom fan with a "quiet" Fantastic or Northern Breese fan.. The best water pump they have to offer (Shurflow 7.5) or better...San-T-Flush for black water tank....A pair of 6 volt batteries; at least 100 watt solar; MOve and View satelite dome if you watch sat TV; Forget the bbq...they only put soot up the side of the trailer, and are usually far less efficient than one you can buy after market. Look at the Coleman Roadtrip or the equilvelent. Weber Q, etc... Factory installed trailer hitch for carying cargo on the rear; Electric BAL motors for each of the four stabilizers so you don;t have to hand crank when you set up.. Those are just a few off the top of my head...I can think of more if you're interested enough to PM..

I believe the "Exterior Hung Glass" is a smooth, gel coated fiberglass exterior over regular fiberglass insulation that is added to the outside of the frame as opposed to the bonded "filon/foam" type of siding/insulation that is used in many trailers. It could also be an option instead of horizontal aluminum siding. There is usually much less chance of delamination with that type and, in my opinion, it is much better looking and easier to clean.
I may be wrong but seems to me that is what I have heard it called/described before.

Yikes. Um, this isn't a custom built trailer. It's a stock model, and most of what you listed is not available. It's not even a "high end" trailer. None of the things you listed are available options. Plus, we're not made of money. We'll stick to picking a few things from the options list.

Aw come on Bill, give the poor guy a break. With all of that stuff, he'd need an F550 too!

ksd..I was just trying to give you some ideas that maybe you hadn't considered. When I saw the 15000 btu a/c, I thought if you ever decided to add another ac, 50 amp svc would be imortant. Even with a 13500btu, its nice to have if you want to run the micro at the same time. With a family of five, the water pump gets a pretty good work out. Upgrading now, might save you money in the long run. Sometimes when you factory order they can upgrade things that aren't always on the "options" list for a very reasonable price. And yes, a lot of things I mentioned are "nice to have" not a necessity. Good luck with your new trailer.

Vielen Dank, DeutscheMan!

Since you suggested it, I called the factory ask about some "other" upgrades. They were pretty accommodating. For instance, they said they could install an 8 cubic foot fridge in place of the standard six, and a 10 gallon water heater in place of the standard six. Some other things, like 50 amp service, they said they would not be able to do. It never hurts to ask!

Excellent! Glad the factory was willing to work with you. With a family of five the larger fridge and water heater will definetly come in handy! "It never hurts to ask "BTW, what manufacturer are you considering?
