Sad day for me. I have to park Rv for season. The tranny is going in
tow vehicle it has served me well for several years. It was 3/4 ton van .I want to jump to Dodge 3500. I dont think a 1 ton will be that much more to run in respect to fuel mileage. But it doesnt matter I
cannot afford one until spring. I hope the rest of you folks have a good season anyway. We are going to Williamsburg this fall looks like it has to be a hotel man that stinks. Well at least I can read the forum and watch tv till spring. ENjoy your season.

I feel for ya, if I had to park mine I would go crazy! Just think about how much fun you will have when the season starts back up and do some mods to your TT, that would help to pass the time this winter.

I feel your pain. Literally.

We normally take our trailer out for a week at our nearby COE lake once every two or three weeks from March until November. But I've been laid up with a bum (read painful) shoulder problem for 2 months. Friday, we're going to the lake for a week, shoulder or no shoulder. I can hurt just as good out there as I can here at home. Kinda hard setting up one-handed, though. (My wife will be at work when I get to the park).

Maybe you could have a friend or relative pull your trailer to a campground occasionally? Fortunately, with an extended family of about 13 RV owners, in an emergency we would have that option. I would hope that you will, too.
