Take a look at the KZ Spree product line. I have a KZ Spree 318BHS. Very nice product. It's a 2 slide product. I've had mine for 9 months now and no problems. It's weight was what helped me pull the trigger.

We've been shopping for the same thing. There are any number of companies now offering an almost identical floorplan that we like a lot. It has the queen bed up front, a main room slide for a u-shaped dinette and sofabed, and a rear bunk room with its own slide. In the bunkroom, on one side you have an entertainment center with a bunk above, and on the other side you have upper and lower bunks with a trundle under the lower bunk. These floor plans also generally have two exit doors -- one from the living room area, and one from the bathroom. We like that 2nd exit door, because it allows the kids access from outside directly to the bathroom without having to walk through the trailer.
The first one of these we saw was the Jayco G2 32BHDS. It's a nice unit, with a lot of "extra" features standard, such as electric awning, enclosed underbelly, etc. It also has a 2 year warranty, and is priced reasonably. RV Direct sells that unit for about $19,000, though our local dealer has so far quoted us a "best price" of $23,500. Here's the Jayco G2 32BHDS:

Jayco G2 32BHDS
The one we're really leaning toward, however, is the Skyline Nomad 311 Limited. While it lacks some of the "standard features" of the Jayco, the bed is a little longer than in the Jayco, and the quality of the interior materials seemed higher to us. In addition, Skyline offers a long list of "options" that you can order. We also like the fact that the Skyline comes with a 21 foot manual awning instead of the 18 foot Carefree electric that is on the Jayco. The Skyline is a bit more expensive than the Jayco when comparably equipped, however (about one to two grand more, as near as I can tell), and the warranty is only one year vs. the Jayco's two.
Here's the Skyline Nomad 311 Llimited:

Skyline Nomad 311 Ltd
Moving up the price ladder, the same floorplan is also offered in the Wildwood LA line, and for 2009 Keystone offers that floor plan in the Outback Sydney Edition line. You're shifting from low 20's to high 20's or even $30k for those models, however. It's a question of what you're willing to pay.
There are more out there. It's a popular floorplan, so look around.

Yeh I just bought the 09 Jayflight 32 BHDS G2 a couple weeks ago, man lots of room, we travel with atleast 5 people, 2 dogs,,I like having the options in the 2nd BR to move the flip flop cushions that can be made into 2 beds or 1 comfortable twin, or a couch,, Then you have a bunk above it, and a large twin above entertainment area. , they used good sense when making this model, the Bathroom is nice, 3 people could be in there at 1 time,,and still have room, whats nice is we just stayed at a RV park near beach,, I like the access door in Bathroom so you can come into bathroom shed wet clothes , shower then come into camper without tracking dirt and mud into unit. The extentions on the dinnette are nice also. anyway good luck in your search. Bill

I found a Wildwood LA for around 22000 but its 500-600 miles away
I have aluminum and really want to go to the fiberglass.
Two things i wish i could find or change to the floor plan would be adding black tank flush...
Most important would be if i could get a corner shower!
Thanks for all your help....i like the Nomad better as well

FYI, fiberglass is an option on the Nomad. It is listed on the option sheet as "exterior hung glass." I had to call the factory and ask what that was. They explained that in most "fiberglass" trailers, the walls are made of Filon (fiberglass) bonded to foam block insulation, with aluminum tubing for the framing. The problem with that type of construction is that the aluminum tubing allows a lot of heat/cold transmission, and can also cause condensation inside the wall that in turn leads to delamination.
What Skyline does is frame the walls with wood and fiberglass insulation, just like on the alulminum sided models. They then skin the walls with two layers of luan overlapped so there are no seams, and cover that with continuous fiberglass sheets. The cost of that option on the Nomad 311 is about $1600 (dealer cost), with a list of around $2000. It adds about 400 pounds to the weight of the trailer, most of which is the weight of the two layers of luan installed over the framing and insulation. I haven't decided yet whether it's worth it to me. I understand that the smooth fiberglass sides are easier to clean, are more resistant to damage, and they certainly look better, but that's also a lot of money and any damage is a lot more expensive to fix.
The only trailers I've found in that floorplan that come standard with laminated filon/foam walls are the Outback and the Wildwood LA. As I said, though, you pay a premium for those models.

Here's a link that get's you close to my floorplan.
http://www.kz-rv.com/spree/floorplans.html
Look for a click on 318bhs.
While I looked at the Jayco and others, their weight all seemed to come in around 6500 dry. I tow with a Expedition EL, which can tow up to 8600 lbs. Hummm. 6500 dry means 7000 off the lot, add 700 lbs of gear and you're getting awfully close.
Look at the Jayco G2. I checked and it weighs in at a heafty 7855 lbs.
The Skyline Limited is at 7400 lbs unloaded.
The KZ 318BHS is 5500 dry.
One of the nice things I've found is that the floor plan still works with the slides in. You can still cook, use the bathroom, make it to all the beds and the dinette with the slides in. We've now camped through a couple of thunderstorms where I brought in the slides to reduce what the wind can blow on and we were fine. It's also nice to be able to use the bathroom when you're on the road without having to move a slideout.
KZ has a very good rep in the industry.
