Last year we installed the safty plus this year replaced the front shocks with the Koni. Next year we replace the rear. I think now even my wife could drive it . I drive with one hand most of the time . You wont be sorry if you get them. But am getting different ansers some say go with Billsteans in the rear for more control.

Had all 8 shocks replaced with Koni FDS at 33,000 miles. The Monroe's seemed to still have plenty of pressure left in them. The Koni's really made a difference.

For anyone with a Class A on a Ford F53 chassis I have found a company that has the Koni FSD shocks. The part # are: Front--8805-1018 and for the Rear--8805-1019. The prices are $126.00 each. It is JDMULTIMATE Phone # 469-619-5484.
The reason I'm posting this is I could not find anyone that carried them for the Ford F53 chassis.

I've deleted the information in this post about buying shocks from JDM Ultimate when they were unable to fill orders in a timely manner. It sounds like you'll be better off selecting another source for your purchase.

To find the part number for a F53 chassis I had to enter my vehicle as a F550 but when I got to the part# it shows the F53 in the applications listed.

Front Shocks:
Part #: 8805-1018

Rear Shocks:
Part #: 8805-1019

This was the greatest single upgrade done to my gas motorhome, smoothed out the irregularities and eliminated over 75% of the jolts found on the concrete highways. Do it as soon as you can.

I guess Koni shocks are in my future too. We have a 2006 Newmar Kountry Star on a W24 chassis. On a smooth road it rides like a dream. Any roadway imperfections turns it into the ride from hell. I've had it weighed and decreased tire pressure to 90 lbs from 110 and it made little difference. I may have to wait until I get home in Nov to change the shocks unless I find a place and good price to get it done while on this trip. If anyone knows of a good place in Sturbride, Ma; Cape Cod; Moody Beach, Me; or Hershey Pa; let me know. Bob

Thanks for all the info on the shocks. Mine wants to roll when I make a turn, maybe the shocks will help.

Also I have a tag axle, do these need shocks as well?

Put Koni's on a 1999 Georgetown 320 last year. It drives like a different MH. Really worth the money,
