We just had an excellent Chicken Alfredo from Costco. Not frozen, but I bet it could be.

Sams Club has salmon that is indivually packaged and thaws in water in a few minutes. Great on foil that is sprayed with pam and then sprayed on top and wrapped and put on the grill or george forman. While it is cooking (10min) make minute rice in the micro. (8 min) and slice some tomatoes for a side. Quick, fresh and no mess. I sometimes put the salmon in the fridge in the am to thaw for dinner.

very easy chicken dinner. Can make several meals at a time and freeze them.

place chicken parts on greased baking dish
spread with thin layer of mayonnaise
aprinkle with grated parm cheese
bake until chicken is done and cheese is brown

Simple as can be and sooooooooooo good.

You can also buy those packages of individually frozen chicken pieces. Personally, we like thighs. Since its just two of you, you can pull out as many or as few pieces as you'd like. The frozen chicken can be spiced, and popped in the oven at 325 degrees for appx an hour, and you can it it roasted, or throw it in tin foil to make a package with onion and other veggies. Prep time about 10 minutes, cooking time around an hour. (You can also throw in wine or broth or cream of whatever soup...just a couple of tablespoons in your tin foil packets), this will help keep your sodium down, which is so hard with pre-packaged foods. You can also throw the individual pieces in a frying pan and a lid, but you have to watch it a bit.
