I PURCHASED A 2003 DISCOVERY 38U THAT WAS WINTERIZED. I HAVE USED THE BOOK AND FORUM AND GOT MOST OF IT ROAD READY. WHEN FILLING THE WATER AND FLUSHING THE SYSTEM, WATER CAME OUT FROM THE BACK OF THE FRIG COMPARTMENT ON THE OUTSIDE OF RV. I REMOVED THE COVER AND FOUND A BLACK POWER CORD WHICH WAS PLUGGED INTO A RECEPTICLE. A WHITE PLUG WAS JUST LAYING THERE. FROM WHAT I READ THE WHITE ONE IS THE POWER CORD FOR THE FRIG AND I SHOULD PLUG IT BACK IN WHEN READY.
A 1/4" WHITE PLASTIC LINE WAS DISCONNECTED FROM A SOLENOID VALVE. THIS LINE HAS WHAT LOOKS TO BE HEAT TAPE ON IT. MY BIG QUESTION COME WITH THE SECOND 1/4" ROYAL BLUE PLASTIC LINE WITH A INLINE VALVE IN IT. THE VAVLE WAS OPEN. ON THE DOWN SIDE OF THE VALVE IS ANOTHER PIECE OF PLASTIC TUBING WITH A COMPRESSION FITTING ON IT. WHAT IS THIS LINE FOR? IS IT JUST A DRAIN LINE? THIS NORCOLD FRIG DOES HAVE AN ICEMAKER. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATE...WE ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE OFF FOR TWO WEEKS TOMORROW PM.

First off, please turn off the CAPS key. With all capital letters, it makes it hard to read.
Behind your refer unit, there should be two 120VAC simplex connectors. On is for the refer itself, and the other is for the icemaker. The icemaker plugs into the one that is hot when either the inverter is in use, or when plugged into park power.
More than likely the one that was unplugged was done so when the unit was winterized. For normal operation, both should be plugged in all the time.
Now the icemaker is furnished water with a plastic line that comes into the compartment, and goes to a shutoff valve. From the valve, another line goes to the water solenoid. The outlet of the water solenoid connects to the feed line that is wrapped in blue plastic, and has the heat tapes in it. This line goes up behind the refer unit, and furnishes water to the icemaker tray.
The solenoid operates off 120VAC, and a common way to winterize the icemaker is to unplug the icemaker from the 120V wall socket, and to use a 120V jumper cord to the two solenoid contacts in order to force the solenoid to open, after disconnecting the water lines. This will allow any standing water to drain out of the line to prevent freezing. Another method is to use the jumper cord to open the water solenoid to force RV antifreeze into the lines to prevent freezing.
Hope this info is of some use to you.

Thanks Troubleshooter, the info did help. Knowing the direction of flow laid it out where I could track it down. Next, off to the hot water tank. (right about the caps)

The open valve is the water valve to the ice maker, the line with the heat tape is the water line from the soleonid valve to the ice maker, The line from the open valve connects to the solenoid valve as does the other line, input and outlet respectively
So you have valve----Soleonid-----line to inside of freezer
The white cord may be the power cord for the ice maker if it was an add on
Nothin adds excitment like something that is none of your business
