Does anyone have any idea why the Briarcliffe Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC, does not have the capability to accept an on line reservation through the Coast to Coast system? Since it is a C2C park (resort #327) and their claim to fame is ease of making reservations via computer, it seems to me that they should have computer reservations. Just wondering, since I am a member of the resort, but we have several friends who are C2C and would like to stop in at Briarcliffe. The C2C website (www.coastresorts.com) has no feedback or "contact us" provisions and we are not near a telephone right now. Any info will be appreciated.

In my dealing with Briarcliffe, It is stated that all the sites are owned and it is hard to tell when the owner will occupy the site. After getting a site, if the owner shows up, you will have to move to another site.

Don't know why they had a problem I just was able to book a week on the CtoC website 9/12-19/08....As far as I know Briarcliffe has members, but they do not own specific sites, just like my home park in Gettysburg.

We have reserved with them several times. We have been deciding when to go during Christmas break. No problems that we have seen.
