take these ingredients plus a half stick of butter.


about 2 dozen briquets

line the DO with foil and add the cherry pie filling.

add the dry blueberry chessecake mix on top


add the half stick of butter cut into pieces


spread out the coals and place lid on DO. Set the DO on top of about a dozen coals and add a dozen to the lid. After 20-25 minutes remove the DO from the coals it is sitting on but leave the coals on top. 20 minutes later (40-45 min. total cook time)remove the coals from the lid and you should have something like this.



Add a cup of coffee, serve as a dessert or as a breakfast treat.
Enjoy.


This was cooked in a RVing Outpost DO so I'm sure that added to the great taste.
