Dang, due to weight & space limitations I no longer take camping my DOs & the little BBQ I use as a fire pit for it.



I guess I'll just have to make it at home.

I was looking for the blue berry cheesecake muffin mix but the store I went to didn't have that flavor. I decided I really wanted to try this for our next trip so I figured I could change it up just a bit.

I bought the Cinnamon Apple muffin mix and a can of apple pie filling. I think I will add a few raisins and may be some broken walnuts to the muffin mix and see how that works out.
