Quite possible the owner is not aware of the roof issue. For the most part a sagging roof works fine. You'll run into issues with sealing, water drainage off the top and overall unsightly, but otherwise the roof functions OK. This is based on my experience with a roof that sagged as bad if not more more than this one.
Having had a Fleetwood with a bad ABS roof I like to run through the Auction and Classified sites to see what is out there. Some of the stuff is kind of scary. A couple of weeks ago on eBay, someone had fiberglassed over the entire top - How long is that going to last on ABS?
Due to an accident with our camper we are going to be in a market for a new one. If we get another popup (used) most likely it will be a Fleetwood, but I will not buy one with an ABS roof.

Just for hoots, browsed the listings and here's another one with a cracked roof. Owner says it looks worse in the picture than it actually is - Wrong! Notice all the black marks just above the seal - Hairline cracks - this roof is a goner. At least the owner noted it.
