Hi,
Just want to share a positive repair experience. I have a '02 KSDP, and a non working brake light. No biggie, I think I can handle this, it's just a bulb, right? Wrong. So this mobile tech is in the cg working on another rv, and I ask him to stop by and check out my brake light. He said sure, never mind that it is late friday afternoon. He removes the lens, and he is temporaily confounded by the Newmar setup. Figures it out (but now I don't feel quite so stupid since he confirms it's unusual), cleans the contacts, checks wiring- nope, it is the bulb. He doens't carry the exact #, but uses a comparable bulb and I'm good to go. This has taken a good 15-20 minutes. I ask him "what do I owe you for the bulb and your time?" $5!!!!!!!

It's nice to know there are some "good guys" out there.
Kathy

That's great, if it was a dealer they'd still be filling out the $85 estimate form, and then they'd have to order the $350 wiring harness be they don't stock it.
