I use the big pot and burner to brew beer. Lots of homebrewers have that as the basis of a beginning system. Much better beer than the Mega-Swill like MillBudoors.

As others have said the pot is good for anything you eed to boil. On a stove (or on the turkey cooker with a couple baffles) its also good for making tomato sauce. I used to pot to hold cuts of pork when I was slaughtering hogs.
The burner can be used seperately with dutch ovens, griddles, frying pans- you name it. It makes a dandy lead melter too.

Or you can cut a circle from the bottom of a kettle grill, add some tiles and make a pizza oven. The pictures with the tiles and lid are on photobucket and I can't get to them right now . It will also work fine as a gas grill with lava rocks.
On the cooker's legs at the bottom, you can see a few lead spatters. LOL!

Spaghetti. I cooked 10 lbs of noodles in one before. We have also used it to cook a huge pot of soup in the camp ground.

Keep in mind that most of the pots that come with these cookers are so thin that most sauces or chowders have a good chance of scorching unless stirred a lot,on low heat.I burned a batch of seafood marinara once($45.00 worth of seafood)

A man after my own heart!
There's no way to "properly" stir-fry without huge btu's...it's darn near the only thing I do with my turkey-fryer burner.
