Last month I purchased the inexpensive tennis ball trailer alignment kit from Harbor Frieght.
Simply put, in normal conditions the device worked very well.
In windy conditions, it was virtually useless.
At the price however it's a welcome addition to my gear.

I made my own out of thin threaded rod and some magnet bases bought at a dollar hardware store.I only used them a couple times, but they have a purpose.

I have a canopy over my TV bed and I put a decal in the middle/on bottom of the window and I have a large level {bubble} on the TT {middle} . I line the decal up with the level and split the sides of the TT when backing up {same amount of space on each side} I hook up by myself and I might get out twice or so to see how it is lining up, say a foot backward and two inches to the right etc. Works for me
