"Rebuilt title and not wrecked" and a shorted electrical system often means flood damaged, usually by sea water. My guess in a Katrina survivor! So it has been issued a "salvage title". Just try to research the title history thru CarFax or the DMV. Rusty frame, rotted wood, rebuilt (or on the last legs!) engine, tranny, and delamination are all possible.

Doesn't sound like a bad deal.

My only "thing" would be WHO repaired the burnt wiring and to what extent.

New roof??? That wiring harness must have really blazed!!!

If you want to throw good money around, get the VIN and pay Carfax for a 30-day subscription. You will find out if they "repaired" the "defective" odometer at the same time that the insurance company scrapped the vehicle.

Carfax has savedc me a bundle over the years.

Hi, I'm really wanting a travel trailer because I want to live in it for 6 months or more. I have Ford E-150 van that can pull a small traveling trailer.

Let the other three have it "Robert48". There's only about a thousand more out there just like it with no rebuilt title and no past fire issues. Good luck.

Happy camping!!! See ya'll down the road!!!
