mfg mentions Spic-n-Span by name for EPDM and Murphy's oil soap to TPO...

for the cost I will use what they recommend....

Hi
Last time I cleaned the roof I used a mild solution of water and Ajax dish soap with a soft long handled brush. It worked as well or better than the expensive stuff and did not take long to do. Next time I will try the Murphy's. Did not think of that!
PS I do not wash it unless I am going to caulk it or something like that. I cannot see it anyway.
