Well for anyone with a water pump that is extremely noisy, all you need to do is buy a $2.50 sponge and longer screws from the hardware store, place sponge behind pump and screw to wall or floor with the new longer screws. That stopped the noisy vibration. I thank all of you for the info I had placed on a post in the past about this situation ( previous post) ). I was going to buy a new pump, replace the lines and fittings, etc. Instead of spending alot of money for no reason I used the info that you all gave me. I will definately try the easiest fixes first!!! Thanks to all that gave input.

That would work. Most pump noise is the hard plastic water lines resonating the pump noise. A foot of flexible hose at pump inlet and outlet will curb that noise.

Good suggestion. To take it a step further the pump should be completely isolated by eliminating the hard connection made by the screws. One way to do that is to glue a sponge between two pieces of plywood. Screw the bottom piece to the RV and screw the pump to the top piece.
