I have had trouble with my check engine light which was the result of a problem with my turbo since about 10,000 miles on the truck. The truck now has 35000 miles on it. It has been to the shop several times with the most recent visit tuesday the 23rd of september. When I get the call my truck is ready I am thinking "great news". I get there to pick up my truck and they tell me they still have fixed the problem and had to order a new part that is on back order. The words that came out of my mouth shouldn't be repeated here but to say I was unhappy is an understatement. I call chrysler and want to talk to customer service, I get a rep in another country, I tell him my story and he says to wait while he contacts the dealer and when he puts me on hold I get hung up on. I call back and get a lady from another country, I tell I would like to be transferred back to the person who was just talking to me and she says there is no file on me so I have to start all over. In the end I got no help with my truck. Does anyone know of a place to call where I can speak to someone in the US?

And I'll bet that the part is the revised O2 sensor right? They are on national back order. Question for you as from your post I assume that you are not a member of any of the Cummins diesel forums is how do you drive it? In town? Lots of highway driving? Lots of towing? Long term solution is after the dealer fixes it is to do a EGR and DPF delete and never have another problem with these issues again. They should be able to clean the O2 sensor and be able to send you on your way until the new parts come in.

What is the DTC? (diagnostic trouble code)
Dodge has some service bulletins covering repairs for the check engine light coming on.
Mine did the same until they re-flashed my ECU. If my wife drove around town, it would set a code. No problem since the re-flash.
