Don't know if this is a good place to post this, mods please move as needed.
Just bought a Hitch Packer from TSC. Going to mount it on the rear of the FW. I think I'm going to make it a triple receiver unit, I would like the extra support just in case.
Made in the USA, single piece, and a decent price to boot. Going to get a custom welder to fabricate any changes needed and to mount to the FW 3 receiver tubes.
Anyhow, just though I'd share what I see as a decent cargo carrier.

just do not put it on your bumper. The manufacture of my forest river said they only recommend a 100lbs on the bumper. I have been wanting to do this but have not had the time. I want a fulling enclosed to store a generator. just finding the time and pulling out the welder. Just get the hitch back to the frame. I saw someone at the races taht had one and he had it loaded with a generator, gas and ice chest but If I am going to put a 2,000 generator back there I want to make sure I do not loose it.

You are correct about the bumper- the spare tire came mounted on the bumper, and when I upgraded from 15" Milestars to 16" Michelin XPS Ribs, I put the new spare there as well, but kept it there for only about 50 miles- checked it on the 1st stretch break only to find the rubber end caps working their way out of the bumper ends due to the flexing of the square bumper. Took the spare off and it's currently in the back of the truck now.
Yes, going to weld to the frame 3 each 2" receiver tubes, as well as beefing up the current bumper to again support the spare tire. I'll take some pictures as things progress.

look forward to pictures. I still have not decided on how to design mine. The guy I mentioned with the rack on bumper with generator and gas should of taken a picture. I am sure he will find it on the road one of these days.
