Ditto! The in and out travel would drive me nuts if I had to unlock it for me, the kids, the dog, err probably DW too! lol But when we know we are away for any length of time, yes lock and lock the bikes up.

You know I was going to say, "Yes, always" but we were camping last week and I don't remember ever locking the doors. I guess its just who is around you and how secure you feel at the time

Absolutely, we lock ... and I WANT people to know we're "locked up". Even if we go down the street to visit, to the office to pick up mail or to the laundry.
But I always say: "If you don't want something known, you better NOT do it in a RV Park. There's always somebody watching."
And in spite of locks, thieves STILL find a way to steal "our" stuff.

downtheroad wrote: Yes....but we realize that it is not going to keep anyone out who really wants to get in.. I agree. We're usually gone all day and we lock up all but the cheap stuff like our chairs, tablecloth, etc. EVERYTHING else is securely locked away, including our ice chest.
While it's true that if they really want to get in, they will -- I'm not going to make it easy for them! It's also true that if they see how secure and locked up all OUR stuff is, there's a good chance they'll move on to your UNlocked (and easier to steal) stuff.
