The only boxes I've found that control the tv on and off as well as change the channels and change the volume is the Insignia and Zenith...Does anyone know of others?

I am also an SKP, and used my SKP mail address when I applied for my two coupons. If I remember right, they came in about six weeks or so. Keep in mind that a lot of people have waited a while to register for theirs, so there may be a huge backlog of applications that need to be worked through untill your turn in the que comes up.

Thanks, and I'm amazed at the variety of responses over this. "Use a different address"....Not sure what this means, since each of my kids wants these for themselves...and I assume others do too. So WHAT other address?

Regarding the SKP "file" system. I also am amazed at how I get a ton of unwanted advertising junk forwarded, but yes, I'll bet my coupons ended up in that file. The online site confirms my coupons were sent out July 17-surely they would be here now if they weren't "filed".

It means don't use the forwarding address that you used because it won't work. It's one of the little details that slipped into the cracks and is so insignificant it probably won't get fixed.

If your kids want theirs ask them to ask their friends. Someone HAS to be on cable and doesn't need theirs.
