We closed on our house today. Everything went well. Been living in our 5th wheel for over a month now. Spending the winter in AZ and next summer in Colorado mountains and other places.

We think we sold our house just in time. Took 2 years! Some people think housing is going to drop in price more in this state. And no conventional bank loans are going through. Buyer of our house had a VA loan and those are going through and also FHA loans.

Oh, congratulations!...as I sit in Arkansas in my 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 acres house and my HOME sits in the driveway. We moved into the 5'er in May and took her to Texas and sat stationary and brought it back here on Sunday to take care of some trees felled by Hurricane Ike. As I sleep in the bed inside the HOUSE I want to go HOME in the driveway to my REAL bed. We leave on Sat., hopefully. I'm happy for your sale and need prayers to sell mine! Thanks in advance!

Moved from 5th wheels to full time RVing. Maybe that will give Dusty some new insights.

I hope you do sell your house ladymc53.

We have been traveling long time for quite awhile with 4 previous 5th wheels. Now we won't have to keep coming home to check on the house. When we would rather be some other fun place.

Thanks, we like our 5th wheel too! Has all the comforts of home.

We are wintering in Apache Junction AZ. Not there yet. Taking our time getting there.

Thanks all for the encouragement.

Congrats!!!! Wish you a long and happy fulltime life. We're on our 12th year and can't think of anything we love to do more. Maybe we'll bump into you in AZ this winter. Diana
