A too small Equalizer, bought a 600lb'er, should have gone up one notch, darn trailer is tongue is 200 lb's heavier then advertised. WDH works as advertised though, just at the max settings.

I use a tekoshna controler & NO sway control my 31' TT stays behind me if I just ignore it & drive the front axle like I'm supposed to even in the col gorge with the wind blowing up to 60 mph gusts.

Eaz-Lift with a pair of friction sway controls towing a 27' Airstream. The "push-pull" effect is negligible if the hitch is adjusted precisely.

I am entirely happy with the Eaz-Lift; installing the sway controls is not an issue for me. I have figured out that backing the sway controls off a bit before driving at relatively low speeds, e.g. 35-55 mph, on a winding road helps the steering to return to centre more readily.

I went from the same setup you have to the Reese DC setup, I was able to just purchase the saddles or the (DC) portion for under $150 installed. I am perfectly happy with the performance of the DC setup, the only thing I do not like is how low the DC sits, I scrape often in and out of gas stations

I must be the only one using a Pull-Rite.
Been around North America with it once, in all terains and weather and I never, never worry about the trailer as it's always right behind me. This hitch makes pulling a TT the same as pulling a 5th wheel.
cheers

There is only one hitch to use IF you want to eliminate sway, all others only dampen sway by use of friction. HENSLEY ARROW. There will be a time when the sway is stronger than the friction and you can loose control of the trailer.
