Just wondering if there is still camping allowed on sandy beach and how much per day and is there any blm camping in the area?

Are you talking about Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) in Mexico? If so, maybe ask on the Mexico forum? I don't think the BLM has any land down there, but I suppose it is possible -- maybe the federal government is bailing out Mexico, too.

I don't know how long it's been since you've been there, but there's a lot of buildings around there. There is parking at the beach for $5/day. very nice. Or there's an RV park next door.

We go to the RV park next to the $5.00 area. Pay about $150.00 for six nights full hookup. You can dry camp net door for $5.00.
